Co-Worker Recognition

The SMM Co-Worker Recognition program is a fun and easy way that SMM recognizes customer service achievements throughout the year. We encourage the staff to recognize their co-workers for positive customer service skills.

Vanessa- Quality Control Associate
Originally from New York, Vanessa moved from the Arizona desert to San Diego 2 years ago. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dog Ahku, sailing their 41' sailboat, the beach, reading, writing & music. She’s a certified message technician and is also earning her degree in Oriental Medicine.
Cortney- Quality Control Associate
Cortney grew up in Death Valley. She likes to go to the beach, play softball and poker. In her free time she spends time with her 2 dogs, her roommates and her girlfriend. She also enjoys spending time with her co-workers outside of work.
