San Diego (May 16, 2014) - Superior Mobile Medics (SMM), nationwide provider of mobile medical examination and health screening services, today announced the appointment of Brian Barnes as its new VP Brokerage and Direct Market Sales for Superior Mobile Insurance Solutions (SMIS).  "Brian completes the national sales team bringing expertise in the life insurance brokerage marketplace and a proven sales track record", said Melanie Carter, Sr. VP of Sales. "I am overjoyed that Brian has chosen to join the SUPERIOR team!"

Barnes joins Superior with 15 years in the insurance industry.  His professional background includes Regional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, and National Sales Director for EMSI. As well as a Senior Account Executive with iPipeline and a Business Development Executive at Stone River. In his new role, Barnes is responsible for National Brokerage and Direct Markets sales of Superior's suite of services.
