San Diego (May 13, 2014) - Superior Mobile Medics (SMM), nationwide provider of mobile medical examination and health screening services, today announced the appointment of Andre Cabrita as its new VP Brokerage and Direct Market Sales for Superior Mobile Insurance Solutions (SMIS). "The SMIS sales team is thrilled to have Andre Cabrita join us as we expand our sales and service efforts in the brokerage space. Andre's expertise in this arena is a perfect match", stated Sr. VP Insurance Sales, Melanie Carter.

With over 14 years in the life insurance industry, Cabrita brings extensive sales experience and industry insight to his position at Superior.  In his new role, Cabrita is responsible for National Brokerage and Direct Markets sales of Superior's suite of services. Cabrita stated, “The high level of service and professionalism at Superior Mobile Medic is well known in the insurance industry and I am very excited to join the team.” 

Prior to joining Superior, Cabrita previously held the role as Vice President of Distribution Sales for Rolling Solutions LLC (XRAE) and later joined iPipeline after acquisition. Andre was a Senior Associate of Distribution Sales with iPipeline, selling all tools in the product suite.  Since 2000, Cabrita has also worked in several different aspects of the life insurance business, including several years selling life insurance through a BRAMCO Agency.
