Co-Worker Recognition

The SMM Co-Worker Recognition program is a fun and easy way that SMM recognizes customer service achievements throughout the year. We encourage the staff to recognize their co-workers for positive customer service skills.

James Beckwith (left) and Daphinie Walton (right) were the winners of our Co-Worker Recognition in June. On 6/25/08, James was recognized by Daphinie. Daphinie wrote “James goes above and beyond with his job title. His extra efforts have not only be noticed by myself but also by examiners and agents!”

James is an artist with an inventive mind set. Besides a few younger years in Canada, James has lived in San Diego mostly all his life. Michelle (wife and best friend) and James have been together for 10 years. His passions are Pool and Video Games. Future plans involve owning a successful pool hall and entering a pro tour.

Daphinie Walton- Customer Svc Act Rep
Daphinie lived in 10 states between 1995 and 1998. She moved to San Diego in October 1998. She fell in love with her future husband who had lived within the same 3 block radius his whole life. Daphinie is the mother of 3 gifted children...but she might just be bias. Daphinie enjoys working around the house and is always remodeling part of her home. Whenever she gets that gypsy feeling to move again, her husband shows her that they might not be able to see the coastline from their home, but they can see it from the Costco up the street!
